About Our Center...

Thank you for your interest in the Montgomery Regional Heartburn Treatment Center.  The Center is located in the Outpatient Department on the first floor of Montgomery Regional Hospital.

Our objective is to evaluate the life-changing symptoms that our patients are experiencing on a frequent basis.

Throughout the entire treatment process, our patients receive education, guidance and referral resources to ensure the highest quality medical care.

The Montgomery Regional Heartburn Treatment Center offers residents of Southwest Virginia and referring physicians a center in Blacksburg that specializes in the diagnosis and multi-disciplinary therapy of GERD.  The Center works in cooperation with area physicians to ensure that GERD patients are offered all appropriate treatment choices and that these treatments are delivered with optimal results.

Our primary goal is to respond to your needs and offer convenient, comprehensive treatment for heartburn, delivered by professionals who truly care for your well-being.  We want you to understand how and why diagnostic procedures are done and what our medical and surgical options are.  And, of course, any information that you give us will be kept in strictest confidence.

Patients can be referred to the Center through their primary care physician or they can contact the Center directly for information or to schedule an appointment with the GERD specialist physician or surgeon of their choice.
