From Roanoke: Take the exit for the Collector-Distribution (C-D) road off Interstate I-81 to Exits for Christiansburg and Blacksburg designated Exit 118. Follow the C-D road to Exit 118B Blacksburg/Virginia Tech via Route 460W Bypass.
Follow Route 460W Bypass straight 5.7 miles to the 5A Downtown Blacksburg exit Business Route 460 East/Industrial Park Drive. Take the 5A exit to the right and stay in the left-hand lane to the stop sign. There is a blue hospital "H" sign, and Wolverine is to the right. Turn left onto Industrial Park Drive and left on to East Route 460 Business at the next signal light. Stay straight through two signal lights, and turn right at the third signal light at the entrance to Montgomery Regional Hospital.
From Pulaski, Dublin and Radford: Take I-81 North to exit 118B Blacksburg/Virginia Tech Route 460W Bypass.

From Giles County: Take Route 460 East into Blacksburg. Take exit 5 A, Christiansburg 460 E Business. The hospital is on the right at the 2nd traffic light.
Parking Information
Patient and visitor parking is available anywhere in front of the hospital and in the front of and beside the entrance to our Birthing Center. Those in need of Handicap parking will find spots clearly marked in front of the Main / Emergency entrance as well as in front of the Birthing Center.
