Patient E-mail Service
Montgomery Regional Hospital is excited to offer a new service to you - patient e-mail!
Here's how it works. When you send an e-mail to an admitted in-house patient on the form provided, it will go to the Patient Representative who will print the e-mail and have a volunteer hand-deliver your message to the patient. If an e-mail arrives for a patient that has been discharged, the e-mail will be discarded.
For now, e-mails will be delivered between 9:00 AM and 3:00 PM. Any e-mail arriving after 3:00 PM will be delivered the following morning. Weekend delivery is not available.
Please keep in mind that your e-mail message will be the equivalent of sending a postcard. We cannot provide privacy or confidentiality.
